We’re excited to welcome Lewis and Connor to our Service / Help Desk team, joining forces with Rob (Service Desk Senior) and the wider Cloud Heroes crew. And we’re not done yet—Josh will be coming on board on October 21st!
With these additions, our Service Desk will be back to full strength, allowing us to continue delivering on the service enhancements we kicked off earlier this year—all aimed at providing an even better experience for our customers.
