Black Friday and Cyber Monday are prime hacking days for cyber criminals, make sure your sites doesn’t get compromised by getting your security in-check.

Speed is key, if your visitors spend too long waiting for a product to load, they will abandon the sale so you need to make sure your site can handle the potential traffic.
Check your bandwidth with your hosting provider and make sure you can scale up should you get a rush of traffic during the event. If you have a flexible Cloud solution you should be able to do this, but if not then you may need to look at a temporary solution to cope with data demands.
Make sure your site is fully optimised too, large image, video or document files can slow your site down. Check for any web updates that may need to be rolled out also.

Make sure all your products are up to date with the relevant images, pricing and discounts. Price reductions should be bold and clear. If your customers can see the saving they can make the will purchase faster.
Ensure every product is optimised for SEO so they come up in web searches for the keywords you target. Include as many images as you can and set your site up to auto remove or cross out anything that’s out of stock.
