2018 at Cloud Heroes has been a great year for all – we’ve helped new clients, our team has grown in size and most recently we’ve introduced some new services which we are very excited about!
Achievements
This year we are proud to have achieved our Cyber Essentials certificate which means we are protected from potential cyber attacks and other online threats – showing our customers that we take cyber security very seriously which is essential in the nature of business that we deal with. Later on in the year we then achieved the ISO 27001 certification! This acknowledges that we have followed the standard of security guidelines, strengthening our security even further – keeping confidential information secure and lowering any potential cyber risks.
Brand New Clients
This year we also gained new clients which we were very excited about. Search Star, a leading independent PPC and digital media agency, came to us for a high speed ethernet internet solution which we gladly provided them using our highly resilient infrastructure. We were also appointed to overhaul the security of Generative Parametrics IT systems to place them on the path of certification for Cyber Essentials. We went above and beyond with encryption, new antivirus and new security policies rolled out across all devices. Generative Parametrics provides advanced design services to manufacturing phases for companies such as McLaren, Bentley and BMW.
Growing Team
Our small team is growing! We have been delighted to welcome two new members to the team this year. In the summer, Hannah our Marketing Administrator joined us to take on the role of our social media accounts and most recently we were joined by James our Business Solutions Specialist who has already come up with some great new ideas – we hope they are enjoying their time with us and continue to do so in the new year!
Exciting New Schemes
We have recently introduced two new schemes! The ‘’Client Referral Scheme’’ will work on the basis that customers who recommend us to new potential clients will receive a reward – one of which is a £50 M&S voucher! That’s not all – our second new service is a free digital health check for our clients where we can check a number of vital things such as digital security, which is becoming increasingly important with the recent growing number of cyber attacks.
